The HDPO Youth Development Alliance is a strategic initiative by the Human Development & Peace Organization (HDPO) to empower youth through education, leadership, entrepreneurship, skill development, and civic engagement. This alliance will work to harness the potential of young people, ensuring they play a crucial role in sustainable development, peacebuilding, and economic growth.

Goals & Purpose:

The HDPO Youth Development Alliance aims to:

  • Empower Youth Through Education & Skills – Strengthen access to quality education, technical training, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
  • Foster Leadership & Civic Engagement – Develop youth as active change-makers in their communities.
  • Enhance Employment & Entrepreneurial Opportunities – Support youth in gaining meaningful employment and starting businesses.
  • Promote Peace & Social Cohesion – Engage youth in conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and social inclusion initiatives.
  • Address Climate & Sustainability Challenges – Mobilize youth to take action on climate resilience and environmental sustainability.
