Aman Ka Safar / Journey to Peace

In a world increasingly marked by polarization, violent extremism, and geopolitical tensions, peacebuilding is no longer a choice—it is a necessity. “Aman Ka Safar” (Journey to Peace) is a flagship initiative of the Human Development & Peace Organization (HDPO), aiming to cultivate a culture of peace, tolerance, and dialogue across Pakistan and beyond its borders. Recognizing that peace must be nurtured at both grassroots and diplomatic levels, this initiative bridges communities, policymakers, civil society, and international actors to work collectively towards sustainable peace.

Objectives & Goals:

National Objectives:

Promote peace education and non-violence at grassroots and institutional levels.
Strengthen interfaith harmony, social cohesion, and counter-extremism efforts.
Equip youth, women, and community leaders with peacebuilding tools.
Address community-level conflicts through dialogue and mediation.

International Objectives:

Facilitate Pakistan’s engagement in global peace dialoguesand track-II diplomacy.
Promote cultural and academic exchanges to build international understanding.
Partner with international peace organizations, embassies, and networks.
Advocate for Pakistan’s role as a peacebuilderin regional conflicts and global forums.
