The Research & Development Policy HUB (R&DP HUB) is the official policy and research arm of the Human Development & Peace Organization (HDPO) — a premier platform designed to advance evidence-based research, innovative policy formulation, and strategic advocacy to support HDPO’s mission of fostering human development, peace, and sustainability in Pakistan and beyond.
The R&DP HUB serves as an intellectual engine and think-tank that bridges the gap between research, policy, and practice. It brings together a multidisciplinary team of researchers, policy experts, practitioners, academicians, and youth volunteers working collaboratively to create impactful, data-driven, and actionable solutions addressing Pakistan’s most pressing socio-economic, environmental, and governance challenges.
To establish a nationally recognized policy and research platform that promotes evidence-based decision-making, fosters innovation, and contributes to sustainable human development, peace, and prosperity in Pakistan.
To conduct transformative research, policy analysis, and advocacy that influence national, regional, and global development agendas — ensuring inclusive growth, environmental resilience, gender equity, peace, and social justice for all.
The HDPO welcomes researchers, youth leaders, academicians, policy practitioners, and development professionals to join the Research & Development Policy HUB as members, fellows, or volunteers.
Together, we can transform research into impact, and policy into progress.
The HDPO Research & Development Policy HUB is guided by a set of key objectives:
● Promote Evidence-Based Policy Making: Generate credible research and analysis to support data-informed decisions across HDPO’s thematic areas.
●Foster Research Collaboration & Innovation: Build partnerships among universities, research institutes, think-tanks, and policy institutions to exchange ideas and methodologies.
● Enhance Policy Advocacy & Dialogue: Translate research findings into actionable policy recommendations and engage stakeholders through dialogues, conferences, and publications.
