Through this initiative, HDPO provides meaningful platforms for youth to engage in decision-making and community leadership, develop conflict mediation and peacebuilding skills, participate in climate action, green campaigns, and sustainability projects, and access skills development, vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and microfinance opportunities to build economic independence. Special attention is given to marginalized youth, ensuring inclusivity, equity, and representation across all spheres of engagement.
